CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RETURN POLICY:

  1. APPLICABILITY OF POLICY

    1. You consent to be governed by the terms of this Policy without modification by choosing to use the Ample Decor and/or making a request to purchase Product(s) on the Ample Decor website. You are recommended not to conduct business on the Ample Decor Website if you disagree with the terms in this Policy.

    2. Please be aware that we reserve the right to occasionally modify the terms of the Policy that apply to your ability to return, refund, or cancel an order for Products placed on the Ample Decor Website. Please review the Policy each time you want to use the Ample Decor Website to make sure you are aware of the terms and conditions in effect at that time.

  1. TERMS FOR CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND OF ORDERS

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

    1. Before we issue and process the invoice for certain Products, you can partially or completely cancel orders for those Products. Once the invoice has been generated and issued, orders cannot be cancelled.

    1. If you decide you no longer want to receive a specific order of the Products, you may cancel the purchase order by referencing the unique tracking identity number you received from us and asking us to process a cancellation by sending an email to sales@ampledecor.com. This number allows the User to track the status of delivery of the purchased Products.

    1. Within 5 (five) business days after receiving your cancellation request, if it is received prior to the issuance and processing of the invoice, we will cancel the order and begin the refund procedure for the Products. The money will be returned to you using the same payment method that you used to make the original purchase and that you can use to make other purchases in the future. Refund policies and fees from the user's bank or other financial institution will apply to all refunds.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  1. If the following conditions are met: I the Product is damaged; (ii) the Product is broken or not in working order; (iii) the Product is of poor quality; (iv) parts of the Product or an accessory are missing; (v) the Product ordered differs from what was ordered based on the Product description provided on the Ample Decor; or (vii) you are dissatisfied with the purchased Product. You must start making these requests for returns within 7 days from the day you receive the product (the "Return Period").

  2. For a successful return pick-up, you must maintain the Products in their unused, original state, along with the original invoice/sale receipt, brand outer box, tags still attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging. Subject to the conditions of this Policy, we would accept the request for the return of such a product.

  1. We advise you to submit a request as soon as possible on the Ample Decor e-mail ID if you have received any Products that are susceptible to returns under this Policy. We will determine, in our sole discretion, whether the claims of product defects, damages, or non-compliances are acceptable to us or whether they are the result of our default. Following this determination, we will either accept or refuse the request for a return. For this verification, we might ask you to email us pictures of the damaged, faulty, or non-compliant product you got. We might also ask you to allow our staff to plan a visit so they can inspect the product for damage, defects, or non-compliance. We may, in our sole discretion, resolve the issue raised by the assessment report in a manner we feel appropriate after assessing the damage or the concern expressed in the return request.

  2. Your return will only be processed if all of the conditions we may specify are met at the time the product is returned, including that it is in its original condition, that the tag is intact, that it is in its original packaging, that it includes all accessories, that there was no damage to the product after delivery while it was in your possession, etc.

  3. You acknowledge that we will not accept the product's return: (i) if you ordered the incorrect model, colour, or product (for example, personalised products that cannot be returned due to their nature); (ii) if the product is in the non-returnable product category; and (iii) if you fail to request a return or file a complaint in relation to a non-compliant product within the return period. It will not be deemed a non-compliant product and will not be regarded as having a quality issue if the product is damaged as a result of inappropriate usage, storage, or modification by the user or a third party, or as a result of a decline in value for other reasons. Any choice we make in this matter will be irrevocable and legally binding.

If the product meets the requirements listed below, you may return the product(s) you bought from us:

  1. You have not cleaned, worn, or interfered with the Product.

  2. The price tag/bar code, brand tags, original packaging, and related accessories are all present and undamaged. You haven't changed them in any way.

  3. Except in cases of obvious vendor defect, the Product is not altered.

  4. The product's serial number and bar code match our records, and a return request has been made against the order from which it was purchased and from the same account.

  5. The Product is free of any offensive odour, perfume, stains, dings, scratches, tears, or other damage.

  6. If purchased as a set, the product(s) should be returned as a whole.

  7. Returns must be unopened, undamaged, unwashed, and in a condition that makes them suitable for sale.

  8. We are confident that the Product is in good condition and is still useable.

  9. If the return request for a Product does not meet the aforementioned requirements, we reserve the right to refuse it.

 

REFUND POLICY:

  1. You may ask for a refund for the Non-Compliant Product at the time you submit a request for return or cancel the Products on the Ample Decor Website. Such a refund will only be given to you if we have really received your money for the product.

  2. Please be aware that if you choose to cancel or return the Products, the refund amount for those Products that are eligible for return in accordance with the terms of this Policy will be processed within a window of 7-10 (seven to ten) business days from the date that we verify the defect or the non-compliance in the Product. Your refund will only be granted once the requirements we may specify have been met, such as the Product being returned in its original packing and with the price tag still attached, as well as the Original Product's original packaging and all accessories contained therein. It is made very clear that we will not issue a refund for a Product that is determined to be ineligible for one based on our verification and evaluation. You understand that, depending to the terms and restrictions of your financial institution or payment solution provider, it could take longer than expected for your refund to appear in your account once it has been initiated.
